The Singapore tanks are amazing, and a suggested app -- LibreSpeed

..Which lead me to my suggestion: Offer a LibreSpeed URL for people wanting to get a good idea of how Plex will perform. LibreSpeed is great because it is served over HTTPS and is single threaded, so it is representative of the bandwidth someone will experience when using Plex.

It would also be a simple and handy app to offer on plans, to allow people to debug where performance issues come from.
