rtorrent - Update to 0.9.8

Hey there,

one of the major trackers is enforcing a new minimun version for rtorrent. Ultra.cc is barely inside the window (0.9.6), though they are aiming towards 0.9.8. The minimum version is expected to be closer to that. Any plans on upgrading to the latest version rtorrent in the foreseeable future?
