Add Decypharr

This would be a great addon as this mounts Real debrid and torbox via Decypharr bulit webdav, Rclone then mount to a local drive. Rather than downloading content and chewing up all your storage, decypharr can use symlinks pointing to real debrid service (mount) making your requests via sonarr etc instant if they are cached. Your best to run Decypharr Beta as the mounts to torbox work. Running this on my local docker stack and is working well have 150T worth of content which only cost my about 60gb of local storage from symlinks etc.

This works well with Zilean which scrapes from

https://debridmediamanager.com/ and acts as a torznab so you can point prowlarr to it.

I found Alfred which is a program that cleans up dead symlinks, keeping your library clean.
