New App : Tdarr

Tdarr is a tool that automates transcoding of a radarr / sonarr library. It is open source, built on docker, and a semi mature project. It allows the user to distribute the workload across their machines through the use of a worker node / main server architecture. I advocate for this to be added because it would ease the process of reencoding files on the platform and save bandwidth and disk space. https://github.com/HaveAGitGat/Tdarr
