Service Enhancements
Welcome to the Service Announcement for March 2025.
Do you have an application you'd like us to offer? Do you have ideas on how we can enhance our service? Share your thoughts at feedback.ultra.cc. We value your suggestions and votes on what you'd like to see on Ultra.cc.
UltraServers has been officially relaunched, marking a new era for our sister company in the game hosting industry. Massive backend improvements have been implemented to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability. With these advancements, our journey to further the Ultra brand has taken huge strides forward.
We are also proud to announce our new Minecraft Experiences section, where you can find curated experiences from Youtube content creators.
Check out UltraServers and get 25% off your first month with the SPRING-25 promo code at checkout.
We are happy to announce that all our servers have been successfully upgraded to Debian 11! Alongside the OS upgrade, we have also updated the kernel to version 6.1 for improved performance, security and stability to your hosted services. A huge thank you to all our clients for your patience during this process.
We have improved the experience on our Discord server and added some roles that you can assign to yourself for better updates. For future Service Enhancement announcements, we will not tag everyone, but only use the new role instead.
Head over to the #roles and click the buttons to assign yourself a role.
Our extensive documentation has been completely overhauled and relaunched on a new platform, making it more accessible, organized, and user-friendly. As part of this improvement, we have also launched a community section where you, our clients, can submit your own guides to be published on our documentation platform! This is your chance to share knowledge, help others, and contribute to the community. Find out more about this here.
We want to remind everyone about the upcoming Plex changes, where remote streaming will be disabled in some cases. More information can be found in our previous announcement here. If you decide to switch to Jellyfin or Emby, please remember to stop your Plex service if it is no longer used.
