A way to access apps without needing to use a VPN. (when isp blocks)

Apparently, I was fortunate enough to have my ISP block access to ultra.cc apps, and now I need to use a VPN to be able to enjoy all the applications that my server's ecosystem has. I know that this might be a bit outside the "responsibility" of ultra.cc, but it would be a good thing, as it seems that more and more users are affected by these problems every day.

Currently, Cloudflare's warp has proven to be a possible and free solution, but on some sites I've even had my account suspended for accessing using a VPN (unfortunately I forgot to turn it off and because of the stupidity of the site administrators lol)
