Add Cloudflared

No worries, thought this would be the case. Bit of a shame that this can't be supported though. I had a mess around with cloudflared a little bit before receiving word from Ultra staff, and it actually fixes some speed issues (with the right caching policies), allows the ability to limit access, gives hotlink protection and, most importantly (in my scenario), fixes Jellyseerr's issue of not supporting URIs.

I do hope this is reconsidered, and it's somewhat disappointing that custom domains aren't supported, for whatever reason. If Ultra's answer on custom domains will not be changing, then I'm going to assume that this suggestion is rejected.
