Add MakeMKV app

MakeMKV is application for extracting video from DVD’s in MKV format without re-encoding. I think it will be useful to have possibility to immediately extract content from DVD on seedbox and then do anything with it - start seeding (this is popular on torrent trackers, it’s very convenient when there is a choice to download the entire disc or only content from there) or transfer to your device so that you don’t have to transfer the DVD first, and only then extract the content from it :)
