Add Scryer to the Ultra.cc App Catalog

I’d like to request that Scryer be added as a supported application on Ultra.cc.

Scryer is a self‑hosted media management application for movies, TV series, and anime. It consolidates the functionality of multiple *arr tools into a single, efficient Rust‑compiled binary, while also providing significantly better anime support than the Servarr stack.

What Scryer Does

  • Monitors libraries and tracked titles

  • Searches indexers for releases

  • Evaluates releases against quality and rules policies

  • Coordinates downloads and imports

  • Organizes media files for servers

  • Manages subtitles (including time alignment)

  • Provides deep multilingual support

  • Offers media discovery based on trends and existing libraries

  • Handles anime with proper season/episode logic, multi‑season packs, and filler/canon identification

Conceptually, it’s “Sonarr + Radarr + Seerr + Bazarr + extra functionality” — but implemented as a single, fast, machine‑code Rust binary with no affiliation to Servarr.

Technical Overview

  • Single Rust binary

  • Embedded web UI

  • GraphQL API

  • SQLite-backed application state

  • Plugin runtime for indexers, download clients, subtitle providers, and notifications

Supported Platforms

  • Docker (first‑party images: ghcr.io/scryer-media/scryer)

  • Windows (MSI installer recommended)

  • Unraid (first‑party community app)

Scryer is actively developed, well‑documented, and already widely adopted in the self‑hosted community. Adding it to the Ultra.cc app catalog would give users a modern, unified alternative to the traditional *arr ecosystem.
