I wish it were possible to increase just the server's storage space without having to switch plans.
The issue isn't the plan change itself, but the need to reconfigure everything afterward. Migrating to a new server requires updating all links and settings for already installed applications (Radarr, Sonarr, Plex, etc.), which is a time-consuming and tedious process.
Being able to simply purchase a few extra GB or TB of storage for the existing server would be a highly appreciated improvement.
Otherwise, your service is top-notch.

I’m afraid that storage-only upgrades are not something that we will be implementing to our infrastructure.
As there is already an existing request for adding more storage, we will merge your request to the existing one.

You can upgrade your storage at any time by performing a plan upgrade. We will migrate your apps and data for you, so it's fairly painless. Please see: https://docs.ultra.cc/books/getting-help/page/upgrading-or-downgrading-your-service
I'm not sure storage-only upgrades is feasible with our current systems, but I will leave this In Review so it is discussed internally.
