Announcements channel on Discord

It's a very simple change but I think #usb-news (on the Ultra official Discord) has to be an announcement channel on Discord (rather than just a plain text channel). This will allows us to follow the updates on our servers, among other neat features (see more here on the official Discord docs). This is a very simple request and it literally takes a few clicks, but this would be greatly appreciated!
