As you did not elaborate on the usecase, I cannot confidently say, but there are several usecases where other applications does what you may have intended to use the browser for. If you can please elaborate and explain what you are trying to achieve, we can possibly provide a different solution.
That said, we have no plans to add VNC or remote desktop capabilities to our service, and using a web browser in that way is therefore not possible.
