Consider adding Transmission 4.1.1 to #beta

Dear team, I’d appreciate if you could consider adding Transmission 4.1.1 as beta so we could start testing this new release. As per

https://github.com/transmission/transmission/releases/ there are several nasty bugs once present in 4.1.0 stable - most of them preventing us from using 4.1.0 in our boxes - that are now fixed.

Considering also the fact Transmission 4.0.5 is more than two years old now, that would be, IMHO, a great path forward.
