Our biggest plan are usually a dedicated disk. For example, our 28TB Platinum plan is currently a dedicated disk. However, as we are expanding and use larger and larger disks, we cannot guarantee that it will always remain a dedicated disk. The same was true for our 22TB plans a couple of years ago when it was the largest plan we had. It was then a dedicated disk, but since we’ve implemented 28TB it is no longer dedicated.
I hope you can understand why we cannot advertise our plans as dedicated, even though the largest ones are.
