Modify the permissions of our own container

On jellyfin there is a plugin to skip introductions/credits, only it requires the modification of certain permissions in our own container (nothing important in terms of security).

But with each update, these famous permissions are removed, so each time we have to ask your team to do it for us (which is not possible in the long term). So I propose that we have access to these famous permissions

I'm not sure how clear this is, but I mentioned it in one of my tickets.
