New app: Kapowarr

I don't expect this to be picked up right away since the app is still pretty new, but it's branding itself as the next generation of *arr app for comics, replacing Mylar3 as the standard. Hopefully with a bit more stability in the release we could see an install script provided to Ultra users -- I'd love to try it out!
