New App: Soularr

Feature Request

Soularr would be very nice to have. It’s a companion app for Lidarr which utilizes Soulseek for downloading (Soulseek would be hosted outside of Ultra.cc box)

After careful consideration, we have decided to not support this application at this point in time. There are many reasons for why we have taken this decision, but limitations in port allocation is the major deciding factor. Thank you for your contribution.
