Notify user when app updates are available

A script has been developed for this purpose which sends a notification on your discord whenever a new update is available on the source of our supported applications. You can update the apps from UCP or SSH based on the notification.

Script: bash <(wget -qO- https://scripts.usbx.me/util/Latest-VersionNotifier/main.sh)

A Docs article will be available soon for this script.
