NZBGet is no longer deprecated

Someone has taken over maintaining the NZBGet project from hugbug.

NZBGet is now up to v24 from the currently available v21 in the control panel. Their new docker image (nzbgetcom/nzbget) is setup exactly like the linuxserver one. So it’s essentially a drop in replacement.
