Please add cleanuperr as an installable app

Recently malicious files such as .lnk are being added to trackers more commonly, usually before a new episode airs in the hopes that people will download them.
Sonarr and Radarr will not import these files, which means they sit in queued never being imported, and other actual legitimate downloads do not take place. The only way to clear this without manual intervention is the cleanuperr app which will remove these and make way for the legitimate downloads:
