Plex token extraction

Add this to Plex documentation, Ombi, overseerr etc documentation.

It’s definitely needed.

grep -oP 'PlexOnlineToken="\K[^"]+' ~/.config/plex/Library/Application\ Support/Plex\ Media\ Server/Preferences.xml

Maybe a variant of that to highlight the token a bit more.
