Management of torrents at the command-line is supported by the following script (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://docs.ultra.cc/books/unofficial-application-installers/page/auto-remove-torrents">auto-remove-torrents</a>), however this only supports qBittorrent, Deluge, Transmission. It does not support rtorrent. pyrosimple (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://github.com/kannibalox/pyrosimple">GitHub here</a>) is a modern fork of pyroscope that is command line based and enables similar functionality for rotorrent to auto-remove-torrents. Request: An install / uninstall script for pyrosimple.
