rarrnomore app request

Feature Request

I've found this app that sits between the torrent client and sonarr/radar and will block requests for torrents with rar files in them.

Currently this has been rejected. It doesn't seem polished or active enough to be a supported app on our shared service.

"Radarr has only been tested briefly"

Maybe in the future, we can reevaluate.
