We regularly make new releases of our torrent clients available, but we do not immediately adopt every new version as it comes out. Instead, we wait for a significant update, thoroughly test it on our infrastructure, and only then make it available to users.
That said, rTorrent is next in line for an update and we will start working on getting a new version deployed soon.
Thank you for your patience.
