rtorrent - Update to 0.9.8

Feature Request

Hey there,

one of the major trackers is enforcing a new minimun version for rtorrent. Ultra.cc is barely inside the window (0.9.6), though they are aiming towards 0.9.8. The minimum version is expected to be closer to that. Any plans on upgrading to the latest version rtorrent in the foreseeable future?

Thanks!

This version is already available to update your version you need to reinstall your app with correct version from your UCP. :)
