ruTorrent v5.2.10

The ruTorrent development team has worked hard to stabilize the ruTorrent v5.2 branch to reduce software maintenance requirements for hosting providers and allow upgrading rTorrent. We recommend performing the following steps:

1. Upgrade to ruTorrent v5.2.10. https://github.com/Novik/ruTorrent/releases/tag/v5.2.10

Disable the extratio plugin due to breakage.

Deploy file manager v1.5.1 for compatibility.

2. Drop all ruTorrent v5.1 versions. ruTorrent v5.2 is now more stable.

3. Upgrade to ruTorrent v4.3.11 for autodl-irrsi and rTorrent 0.15 compatibility. Drop all old ruTorrent v4.3 versions for rTorrent backwards combability.

These steps will ensure backwards compatibility with rTorrent 0.9.6, 0.9.7, 0.9.8 and 0.15.x. Ultra clients will enjoy the most stable experience possible.
