Second Bazarr instance

Feature Request

I know there was a request 2 years ago but things might have changed.

Option for a 2nd instance of bazarr would be nice to go along with the 2nd instance of sonarr that can be installed.

We previously offered a second Bazarr instance in our unofficial 2nd Instance of Mediarr script. But due to issues with thread management instability, we were forced to remove it and we unfortunately do not have any current plans to add it again.
