UI for Backup/Restore of app settings

Feature Request

It would be nice to have a GUI or button on the Apps UCP for backup of app settings and restore. For non-tech users to have an easier time doing a backup before an upgrade etc.

    Something built in would be amazing, but alternatively app support for Kopia or Duplicacy could also cover this.
