Update 7zip to newer or latest version

Please update p7zip and all of its supporting libraries to version 24 to support the following: speed optimizations of archive unpacking rar, cab, wim, zip, gz, and speed optimization of hash calculation of CRC-32, CRC-64, Blake2sp, and added UTF-8 encoding to zip archives, and increased dictionary size for various compression methods that allows smaller archive sizes, and for handling of various archive files that could not be handled before - such as:

ZSTD archives (.zst filename extension), APFS (Apple File System) images that can be used in DMG files, VHDX disk images (Microsoft Hyper-V Virtual Hard Disk v2 format) files, (etc).
