Hello,
Most of our applications are dockerized and you can always update them to their latest docker version release using the "Upgrade & Repair" option via UCP or "app-appname upgrade" command via SSH.
I have confirmed that Jellyseerr is can be upgraded to its latest version, "v1.9.0," using the above methods.
