Update to MediaInfo 24.x (24.12 as of the time of writing)

Current mediainfo on the instances is running version 23.x, which is quite old and does not output all information for certain media files. For instance, bitrate for video and audio sometimes does not displayed correctly and output as `FromStats_BitRate` (and other fields as well, such as duration, frame count, stream size)

mediainfo is not user-installable as they are provided as .deb package (for Debian), not a single binary, requires the library to be put in /usr/lib, which users do not have access to. Even if user can compile it from source (it’s not), it still require the module to be in /usr/lib.

As you mentioned, major version has already been released (23 → 24). Please check their website (https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo/Download), if it’s installable by user, I would have done it by now.

Please un-mark this post as completed.
