Webserver auto restart is inconsistent

I know this is something that is already being investigated, but to have a single place for updates etc..

Background

After a node reboot some apps have restarted successfully, while some are have, and for some people all apps are still 502’ing.

This is obviously an intermittent issue, and will absolutely take some time to fully resolve, as updates can only really be tested on mass node restarts.

But it would be great if we can keep this up to date with the current status it would be great.
