Above & Beyond Amazing Staff

I had minor problem that had a simple fix and insteas they helped inform me of a better client to use for my stuff, things of the dos & don't but best of all before I was done with my support ticket they helped me to upgrade my plan to the I actually wanted but none where available; by the time we where done with the ticket I upgrade my service/plan and they are helping me migrate all my data to the newer servers as well as got back to me quick with an ETA on how kong it take to do so. I've been here a little more than a month and I'm just amazed at the quality of there products and how helpful the staff here is; I'd recommened this service if anyone I know was looking for a top notch site with great server/s & equally awesome staff.
