Absolute sh!t show

I wanted to upgrade to the new Metaliux server yesterday after the announcement. I was going to purchase first and then migrate, but I was told on Discord that I could simply submit a ticket to upgrade my current server instead. Taking that advice meant I missed out on getting a Canada server because of the misinformation provided to me on DC and in the support ticket. I have been going back and forth with Vitor in the support ticket, trying to accomplish what should be a simple task, but has turned into a complete headache.

There has been a stockpile of misinformation seen/told since yesterday, and I am now getting a Metaliux NL server, which isn’t what I wanted, and I have zero idea when I’ll be able to get a CA server.
