Put service enhancements on website / elsewhere
Not everyone has or checks Discord on a regular basis. By putting the service enhancements on the website (say either as an announcement only for those logged in, and/or on the status page), it allows everyone to know about what's happened over the past month and what they can look forward to.
It's especially helpful in the recent case of everyone having to redownload the vpn config files from the UCP, due to a reissuing. As some people may not want to log in to Discord without being on the vpn, and by having it on the website, it allows more people to read it.

+1 vote. a ‘blog’ or ‘news’ section on the main ultra.cc website is best. i tried the discord app and it is too “busy” and somewhat of a resource hog, considering it is a chat program. i uninstalled it from all of my devices. i prefer to use a lightweight dedicated app or just use a browser

The Service Enhancement announcements have been retroactively added, and will be published here on our feedback site. You will find them under the Changelog section with Service Enhancement tag.
This is an ad-hoc solution, and we are still planning to surface the announcements via some other channel.

Thank you for the feedback. We understand that not all clients frequent our Discord server. However, we are working on finding an additional channel where we can publish our Service Enhancement announcements. Rest assured, it is on our roadmap and will be implemented in the near future.
