Put when something is solved on the status page

It's great that when there's an issue, there's usually a notice on the status page. However, when the issue is fixed / solved, the notice just disappears. It would be great to have a notice saying the issue is solved, and if it's something that a client needs to do (such as restart ruTorrent or redownload vpn config files), then put the solution in the notice.
