Increase security by hardening access to apps passwords

Currently, when connected to https://cp.ultra.cc/ all passwords are available in plain text in responses and to any connected user. Request: make “asking for password” for an app or service shielded behind a password confirmation of the CP account. e.g. if I want to see my SSH password in the UI, click the button, and make it ask for my CP account password for confirmation. Reason: increases security, right now all passwords are dumped in plain sight in responses

Bindery as a readarr replacement?

Given that Readarr is retired, although propped up by rreading-glasses, we need a replacement and Bindery seems to be an active and well versioned replacement. It’s written in go with a single binary, has independent sourcing, and uses many of the current apps already available.

Add Bindery to replace Readarr please

Add Scryer to the Ultra.cc App Catalog

I’d like to request that Scryer be added as a supported application on Ultra.cc. Scryer is a self‑hosted media management application for movies, TV series, and anime. It consolidates the functionality of multiple *arr tools into a single, efficient Rust‑compiled binary, while also providing significantly better anime support than the Servarr stack. What Scryer Does Monitors libraries and tracked titles Searches indexers for releases Evaluates releases against quality and rules policies Coordinates downloads and imports Organizes media files for servers Manages subtitles (including time alignment) Provides deep multilingual support Offers media discovery based on trends and existing libraries Handles anime with proper season/episode logic, multi‑season packs, and filler/canon identification Conceptually, it’s “Sonarr + Radarr + Seerr + Bazarr + extra functionality” — but implemented as a single, fast, machine‑code Rust binary with no affiliation to Servarr. Technical Overview Single Rust binary Embedded web UI GraphQL API SQLite-backed application state Plugin runtime for indexers, download clients, subtitle providers, and notifications Supported Platforms Docker (first‑party images: ghcr.io/scryer-media/scryer) Windows (MSI installer recommended) Unraid (first‑party community app) Project Link GitHub: https://github.com/scryer-media/scryer Scryer is actively developed, well‑documented, and already widely adopted in the self‑hosted community. Adding it to the Ultra.cc app catalog would give users a modern, unified alternative to the traditional *arr ecosystem.

Replace File Browser now that it’s archived

It looks like File Browser has officially been archived. From their repo: File Browser is archived on 2026-09-01. The last planned release has already shipped. There will be no further releases, bug fixes, or security fixes. https://github.com/filebrowser/filebrowser Given that there won’t be any future security fixes, I’m not very comfortable continuing to run it, especially since File Browser is exposed publicly. With the security landscape evolving as quickly as it is, particularly with AI making vulnerability discovery and exploitation easier, I think it would make sense for Ultra.cc to consider removing or deprecating File Browser and offering a maintained alternative for the same use case. A few potential replacements I came across: File browser quantum - A fork of File Browser that is actively maintained and includes a number of enhancements, including ongoing security fixes. This seems like it could potentially be the easiest replacement for existing File Browser users. NextExplorer - Another modern web-based file manager. Filestash - A more established web-based file manager with support for a variety of storage backends.

Sportarr request.

I feel like Sportarr would be an excellent inclusion. Are there any plans at the moment to implement it?

App Request: RDT Client

More information at https://github.com/rogerfar/rdt-client A web interface and download client proxy for managing torrents on debrid services like TorBox and Real-Debrid. It emulates the qBittorrent web API, allowing applications like Prowlarr, Sonarr, and Radarr to interact with it seamlessly and send torrents directly to a debrid server. Installation details: https://github.com/rogerfar/rdt-client I'd be really happy to see this offered! Is it possible to make it an offering so it can be used as a download client bridge to send torrents directly to a debrid service?

Status Page: Contrast Ratio & notifications

Hey team 👋 The text on this is quite difficult to read, the title and date fields are fine, but the main text is difficult to read. https://status.ultra.cc/status/sites-servers also to note that the notification are repeated, although they are slightly different (looking at the created time) the text is the same.

Generic Software Installation page - "here" link 404's

In the Generic Software Installation page the “here” link loads to a 404 error. Go to https://docs.ultra.cc/unofficial-application-installers/generic-software-installation Impacted Section: “While selecting a port for your custom application, select one within the port range assigned to your service; do NOT use the default port the application suggests. It is strictly prohibited to use ports outside of your range. More info can be found here.” Click the “here” link, next page 404’s Link should point to https://docs.ultra.cc/unofficial-ssh-utilities/assigned-ports-command secondary piece of feedback. Having completed the process I absolutely missed this overall update above 😂 the first time trying it, might be worth adding the commands into the page itself, but I’ll leave that up to you.

Client Area Login Process Feedback

Hey guys 👋 UX improvement opportunity for the Client Area login form. After clicking “login” it can take a substantial amount of time for the login process / feedback process to complete. IE After I click login it can take 3 or 4 seconds (some times even longer) for either the login process to complete, or for an error messages to appear on the page. So the following happens: Login page loads I enter my credentials I click login I wait for 3 or 4 seconds Login process completes. While this delay is primarily down to the recaptcha process in the background, and which cannot be helped, a loading spinner, or even an overlay with the word “loading…” would be a nice addition. Just something that acknowledges that I have pressed the login button and that the login process is underway. As this is not really a problem on desktop (for me anyways) a 500ms timeout is also an option to stop the “flicker” on the screen for desktops, and still provides some sort of visual feedback that acknowledges the login process is happening in the background. Thanks

App Request: Suwayomi

Summary Please consider adding Suwayomi-Server to the available one-click apps. Why it’s needed Komga is great for reading and organizing, but it cannot automatically track or download new manga chapters. Suwayomi uses Tachiyomi/Mihon extensions to automate downloading chapters directly on the server, completing the self-hosted manga stack. Resource Links GitHub: https://github.com/Suwayomi/Suwayomi-Server Docker: ghcr.io/suwayomi/suwayomi-server Thanks for considering!

libfuse2t64

the FUSE 2 compatibility library was removed (trixie no longer ships it by default; only libfuse3 is present). One of my long-running tools links against libfuse.so.2 and is down since the upgrade. Could you install libfuse2t64? It's in trixie main (version 2.9.9-9), a standard compatibility package with no configuration needed.
